I think more than a little warning is needed. I think that the 101st Airbourne (or whatever) hacked Vanek's account, considering that the above are hardly typical posts.

There is something even worse potentially implied there..That someone else (101st airborne) is hacking his account..
That would explain him being so radically different between posts, that is for sure.

As newb spam wars go, that one's not even worth the effort to close. Feel free to bring it up again when it's more than a post or two of mild n00bness.
As for the claim of 'hacking', I'm betting (based on several years of modly experience) that 95% of all so-called 'hacks' are people not logging out on shared computers. If they want to complain, they can, but I'm betting that they know exactly who 'hacked' their account. It's usually the little brother or the trusted friend.
