Done, though I'm with JuNii on both counts: !, why? and 2, nice thread.
I'm guessing that the comment you object to didn't advance your nation's RP existence, whereas the others (embassy requests) did.
Suggestions: edit your first post to say what kind of responses you accept, or reply to comments IC, treating them as Letters to the Editor.
Or I'll edit your title if you can come up with a brief description, eg, "IC only, pls".

Done. BTW, folks, this does not mean mods have enough time to pretty up thread titles. Doing this one now just saved further effort later.
