Southern Hataria (www.nationstates.net/Southern_Hataria)

Now I believe that everything doing with Hataria was supposed to be deleted. This is the only nation that attempts to make claim to Hataria. Can a mod be so kind as to explain why this nation is still in existence?

Wanderjar made it orginally. That was before we were told nothing to do with Hatcould be done.
