That thread and post in particular are another start in what will become a RO-TPH bitchfest. They've taken over too many threads flaming and trolling solely each other. Even harmless threads, ala Hook-A-Canuck, end up hijacked by those two.
Mods opinion?

Yeah they do seem to stalk eachother and then attack whenever they get a chance, but it's quite entertaining to watch so i'm not gonna stop it.

It was entertaining, not any more. They collectively hijack threads to fap to much they hate each other.
It's getting annoying.

You've asked for a ruling based on a pattern of behavior. Generally that means going through at least the thread specified, if not looking at various other threads that the two individuals reported have been involved in, yes? It won't be the end of the world if it takes them a day or two to wade through the accumulated drek.
In the meantime, if it really bothers you, put them both on ignore and you don't have to listen to the sniping again.

it also speeds things up if you link to multiple threads where you show them threadjacking with their antics.

I don't think it's worth it. The mods can't do anything about it, I've realized.
