Raptor Pack has been RPing as a velociraptor delegate with about as much manners as the animal itself. I know the mods have been watching him, but this post is just over the top.

It's not. His in-character antics are stupid and annoying, but no worse than dozens of other UN posters.

If his little IC battles continue pointlessly across several threads, I'll ding him for spamming, but that's probably about it.
