I'm not sure what the hell a Donkocrat is but I believe there was a ruling a couple weeks ago against bastardizing political party names like that.

Yeah, but it was against a bit more extreme of a term (Democrap) than Donkocrat.
Also, I'm going to go edit out where I used democrap (I was pointing out the absurdity of the term 'donkocrat'), sorry about that.

It wasn't about bastardizing names, it was about doing so in an offensive manner, such as Democrap and Republicunt, that was essentially abusive flamebait against all members of those parties.
