I know you said mods only.....but maybe you should just put him on ignore until they get back. At least then you won't have to look at him, and they will get to it whenever they do.

Why don't you pull out your birth certificate and show me the personalized IP address you were issued at birth, that no one else can use.
Didn't get one? How odd. Neither did anyone else.
We're not going to tell you how to get around an IP ban, but suffice to say that certain people can do so, sometimes because that's how their ISP is set up, and other times because they deliberately try to bypass the ban. End of explanation.
