If you have a slow connection, or if the forums are lagging, and you hit the "Submit Reply" button multiple times in succession, it can result in multiple posts. The same is true if you post it, and instead of loading your new thread/post you're redirected to the forum you posted it in; in this case it's probably been sent to the queue for approval, and you don't need to post it again - a Mod will come along to approve it shortly. The approval queue thing is annoying, but if we didn't have it Jolt would be overrun with spam selling cellphones.
