He has the nazi flag as his nations flag, the one with the svastika. Delete his nation immediately.

Nations are generally not deleted on first-offense flag violations. He's been warned and the flag removed, and I would appreciate it if you could refrain from pronouncing the punishment yourself. That's our job.
