It's legal here to not like Americans. His language was a tad rough and he's been slapped for it, but it wasn't unprovoked. Despite the fact that most of the mods are Americans, we're not going to enforce an America-centric worldview on NationStates debate.

That's fair. I was mostly objecting to his use of "trailer trash" and labeling our entire military dumb. Seemed like flamebait to me. He could have stated his views more politiely. Thanks for looking into this.
