Jolt isn't allowing me to post because I haven't been approved by a moderator yet. I thought I had been, and I've posted previously on the NS forum, none of which led to this problem. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

You might try reading the stickies, like...oh...this one (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=511850).
To sum up the sticky, it'll go away in a couple of posts and it's a mild inconvenience not likely to go away in the near future.
