History's got nothing to do with it, I shouldn't think. It's common sense. Porn = no-no. I've posted a lot of stupid shite on the forums here, but even I know that's clearly out of bounds and gets a red card (and well-deserved in my not-so-humble opinion, as there are kids on these forums after all).

Posting links to porn is an insta-delete offense. Doing so after he was explicitly told that it was against the rules makes me think it was a suicide-by-mod. Either way, his nation is history.
