You know, when it's moved to spam, posting the same thread a second time is really not a smart move.
Maybe three days off will be a sufficient smack with the clue bat.

ar now thats where i get confused as the move of the redo one into spam had not happen and redo one was made short time after the first one

Maybe three days off will be a sufficient smack with the clue bat.As Imperial isa already said, Rainbowwws made the first (now deleted) thread only to have it pointed out about 10 posts in that her poll was flawed. So, maybe 15 minute after the first one, she made the second one (the one now in spam) with a fixed poll.
That second one was made at 1:39am GMT+1, Smunkee's complaint in Moderation was made almost 14 hours later at 3:21pm GMT+1.
So much for that "clue bat".
