Well, just mentioning somebody's name shouldn't be against the rules IMO. But this is more a case of provoking a negative reaction out of someone..

it looks kind of like flaimbaiting, and not at all like an RP, IMHO. IIRC, the way to call players to action in the title is ATTN: playername. If there was a pervious signup thread or whatever, it's okay to be all like: Player1 vs Player2, the RP (lame, but acceptable)

it not a RP thread in NS or II which is the only place i have seen names place in the title
