It seems the context is exactly what Eve is reporting. Why Nazz has to say "what the fuck are" instead of "what are," "try not looking like a dumbass," "jack fuck all" (whatever that means...), and "pathetic deluded mind" is beyond me.
There are things such as "being civil" and "class" which Nazz has apparently forgotten. Let's allow the mods to sort it out.

After reviewing the evidence and discussing it with another Mod, here's the deal.
My strong recommendation to both Eve Online and The Nazz is that if you can't get along with each other, just stop interacting with each other. That should take care of the baiting and the harassment nicely. And if it continues, well, there's always the big nasty sticks of BAN and DEAT.
Take SalusaSecondus' advice and just play nice, ok?
