So I signed off of NS on Friday...I went to log in tonight with my normal nation, Delator, and got this lovely message...

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

...now I have no idea why I might have been banned. I certainly have not violated any forum rules that I am aware of.

I am just wondering if this is a mistake, and if not, what kind of rules or terms of service I have supposedly violated.

If this is indeed an error, I am also hopeful that my nation of over 2 years and nearly 3000 posts can be saved. :(

It might just be a mistake; one of my old nations was banned from using the forum, but no reason was specified. I contacted the moderators and they restored it.

I don't know what to tell ya about saving your posts, though. The nation that happened to me with had never used the forum.

A message like that usually means that your nation has died. Remember, you have to login to your nation proper every 30 days to prevent it from being offed. Just send a message via the Getting Help page, asking the mods to restore your nation, and you should be fine and dandy.

Well I just answered some issues a couple weeks ago, so I don't think that's why it's gone now...but I'm stumped as to why else it would be.

And I see that I should be doing this through the Getting Help page...thanks for the heads up! :)
