Spam?

I don't know if this is the place to talk about moderation over on the actually NS site, so forgive me if it isn't.
But can anything be done about this guy that's trolling through regions and spamming? He just creates a new nation whenever his old gets deleted, and the only way to stop him is to password the region, a stark hindrance to recruiting or anything like that.
(extra details: guy that's been bouncing through Elite Conservative Circuit and Corporate Conservative posting nonsensical messages; if ejected, creates a new nation and continues; if deleted, creates a new nation and continues. Has done this with at least 7 or 8 nations, 10 or 11 times in the past day.)
Just reacquainted myself with the rules; apparently this is technically called 'Griefing'. Anyway.

The mods will probably see it here and take action, but I'd suggest filing a form via the "Getting Help" page.

Well, that's just it. We've filed reports every time it's happened, and each time they've deleted his puppets.
Problem is, thusfar there's been nothing stopping from just doing it again.

Oh I know; what's bizarre to me is that they've deleted his puppets, but that a ban hasn't been issued. If the puppets hadn't been banned yet I wouldn't be asking 'cause I'd figure they just hadn't gotten to it yet, but the fact that they did makes me think something was done and he's dodging it...

Not everyone can be banned programmatically, nor do we have a magic wand that stops people from being jerks. Sorry, but sometimes all we can do is be reactive.
I think I noticed that you put up a temporary password. That may be your best solution.

Huh, my apologies, I thought y'all had other ways besides IP banning.
I might be thinking of detecting multiple UN nations, but I guess that can't be directly translated into pre-nation creation bans.
Anyway, judging from the immaturity of this guy, he'll lose interest soon if he hasn't already. Thanks!
