Future Technopedia Thread Moved

Last night I started a thread in Gameplay meant to compile the different future techs that nations use and, hopefully, help standardize the terminology and technology. This seemed like a Gameplay issue to me, as it has to do with the underlying mechanics of FT.
However, it was moved to International Incidents. II states that it need to be IC, which the thread is not, nor does the thread have to do with diplomatic incidences, international trade, or declarations of war.
I'm obviously misunderstanding something. Can someone help clarify this for me?

At a guess, I'd say because it deals with roleplay, not regional play, which is what Gameplay is. There's much more to the roleplay forums that what's in their titles.

This is very true.
So unless it deals with the NS game itself, I should post a thread there? Everything RP related goes in II or NS?

Usually those OOC threads are made specifically for RP threads in II so they won't be cluttered.
I have no problem with it being in II. It's more likely to be noticed that way as Gameplay tends to be dead.

Eh, it doesn't matter anyway. When in doubt, I shall put it in II.
Thank you for the clarification Isa.

I moved it to II earlier, as the entirety seemed to have nothing to do with the actual game mechanics of nations but rather with roleplay. I wasn't entirely certain about II vs. NS, but it seems you'll be okay in II.
