I think its a security thing that Jolt(our server) put on here to stop the massive spamming of online companies and crap. You have to reach a certain posting level before that stops.

See the sticky about moderated posts at the top of this forum for more information.

It means just what it says: the post needs to be approved. Nathicana is right; there's more information in the sticky.
