I would ask for them to be allowed. Seeing as A. It's an OOC thread trying to spark intrest, therefor they can express their opinons just like someone can simply write *TAG* and never post again, or say, I'm just not intrested, or I hate the idea

B. They've made simply one post stating their opinon.

C.They aren't making personal attacks which would constitute flaming.

If he didn't want intial criciticism (especially when a thread is discussing this topic) he should have wrote in Only Post if you Have Intrest

Wrong. Even in an OOC thread, it's spam.

Knock it off, and get over it yourself. All off-topic posts have been stripped.

Technically that's just for RP threads. The ruling can't be used to suppress normal dissent and argument in OOC threads. That wasn't the case here, as it was just flagrant anti-whatever spamming by Kanami and others.
