I apologise if this is the wrong place...

Someone has posted a very long list of email addresses in the spam forum. Someone who's email address is on the list has already requested a deat of the thread.

Here's the link. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=191864)

That's not the NationStates moderator's territory, and it's a several year old thread ...

It was on the top of the spam pile today. I had a feeling that was outside NS mod's territory. I just figured those people probably don't want their email addresses publicly listed.

Where is the proper place to post a link to that thread?

While it's technically outside our territory, it's still within our technical reach.

Thread soft-deleted for the reasons listed. If a Jolt admin wants to override, fine by me.

I forgot what the difference between soft and hard deletion is. I remember the difference between soft/hard ignore though. Is it similar?

Soft delete leaves that little "Deleted by:" bit and the explanation. When a player deletes their own post, it's a soft delete. Hard delete completely eliminates the thread from existence. No record of it is retained. Jolt calls that "physically remove".
