I indeed tried to appeal but the administrator mail is giving a false return.
So Ill be posting here. My apologies for the off topic post. I really doubt the competences of the moderator blaming him a lack of insight, objectivity and above all intelligence. (or is that subject to another thread? can someone be blamed for his shallowness?)

True, I might have said some words which are controversial but it was only meant as a challenge. For people to prove they can do more then just

He's totally wrong, Ive Never wrote that Id like to rape someone. He just assumed that was why my messages were deleted. And I can't defend myself
because my post is deleted again.
Im trolling? Defending is not allowed but compromising is?


I really think moderators are a must and I encourage it but there's a point when the decision of the mod
is doubted that it should be analyzed. Are my messages really that inappropriate, not on topic?



P.S. since the deletion of my posts users are again posting in the wrong direction. they assume they come to
know 2 minutes before the world is collapsing. In stead they have a whole day and the question is what will
they do with the last 2 minutes. Its a world of difference...

Since I am the one who reported your posts to moderation, here are my two cents:

I reported three posts from that thread: Sominium Effectus' post that said "Rape a chick" and your two posts talking about "fucking and raping" someone and describing how one would go about that (including finally killing them), respectively.

All three posts were deleted.

If I understand what you are saying here now correctly, you never actually said that you would "fuck and rape and kill" someone - you just posted that because you thought other people in the thread were actually contemplating things like that and you wanted to show them how wrong that was and make them think about it?

I didn't save your first post, so I can't quote it, but I do remember that it was sufficiently unclear and hard to decipher for me to have to read it several times and still not be sure about much except that it finished with "fuck and rape someone" (and kill them, if I recall correctly, but I might be mistaken and that might only have come up in the second post).

So maybe this is just a case of English not being your native tongue and us all misunderstanding you. That would be unfortunate and would mean that you would hopefully try to formulate your posts clearer in the future - yet I would very much want to question why, when Kiryu-Shi and Imperial isa asked how it was possible to "fuck and rape" someone, you answered with this (your second deleted post, which is still visible in the thread because two people quoted it):

Yes, the post where I explained the misunderstanding of the original message is misunderstood. My twisted poetic answer wasn't. However I can live with it some people find it hard to digest and it was therefore deleted.

Perhaps if you were able to present your views and statements in a more cohesive and legible manner, and were not so hung up on pointing out others faults and failings, both real and imagined, while you yourself are guilty of much the same or worse, it might help your case somewhat.

If you read earlier here, HotRodia stated that it is under review, in spite of your insistence that the Moderators are just biased, stupid, and unable to do their jobs adequately. Look to thine own eye, etc etc, blah blah.

Your following 4 posts were all exactly the same. Flames directed at Cluichstan because you felt his post was over the line.

I fail to see any problems with how HotRodia acted. You however, apparently reposted that same last message *knowing* it had been deleted by a moderator. I strongly suggest you read the One Stop Rules Shop and the General Forum Advice thread. Your appeal of Hotrodia's actions is denied.

And to clarify, this appeal was looked at not only by Erastide, but by a Senior Game Moderator as well. I see no reason to overrule HotRodia's decision nor Erastide's response to the appeal.

And for the record, it is generally not recommended that one try to appeal a forum problem directly to the admins. That is the FINAL recourse when there is a SERIOUS problem. And however much you may think otherwise, a few posts being deleted is not a serious problem.

If you pay attention on the daily communication you would ve noticed it is hard to see something not as a how to (or in my case a how not to), try columns, conversations with your friends, whatever. Even in your answer I can see a how to (how to be stupid for example) luckily for you I don't. That's because generally dialogues evolve around verbs and verbs have the intention to inherently show an act.

He didn't cross the line then? I thought it was not honourable blaming someone for things one didn't say (especially concerning a topic like rape). Actually, I can't think of many who would let it pass lightly.


Having this said Im inclined to agree if this is the idea which the majority has. I apologize to all whom I might have shocked and apologize to the moderators for their time put in this appeal. There are with no doubt more useful things.

Ok, I had 3 posts when you accused me of having said Id like to rape someone. Yes? Thats what you're saying. Now, how do you explain the first post missing the word rape? Thats 1 of 3.
