Requesting Moderator Help

I have given up on using the "Getting Help" page to solve something I need an answer for. I have tried to patiently wait for moderators to answer me but, I have not yet received an answer, and after noting that there was a moderator online well-after I sent in my request for information and seeing no telegram in my primary account, I have decided to come here.

This is one of my two puppet nations, my primary nation being Kryozerkia, which has been banned from posting on NS.

I never got a telegram telling me why; I never got any official warning in any thread I posted in last and no moderator replied to be other than the one telegram I got, saying that they will look into my case when the forums were back up. That was over three days ago. I sent in one request since then and I haven't see any progress and I would really like to know why I am unable to access the forums with my primary account.

My room-mate informed me that a nation he had been using was forum-banned too, though, after seeing what he posted, I knew he deserved it.

What I'm wanting to know is:
1 - Why didn't I get a warning?
2 - Why didn't I get a telegram fail a warning?
3 - Why was my account banned? What other offences so I have my account that would have justified no explanation for the ban?

Yes, I know I'm posting with a puppet, but this is the only way I can think of to get the answers I seek. If I was trying to deceive, I wouldn't have mentioned my primary account. I know this will likely get my other accounts shut down, but, I really would like answers.

The only answer I have got so far is that there is a glitch with banning, and that I would get an answer when the forums were back up. The forums have been back up for a while, though they do go down occasionally.

-- I would request that no one else give me advice because you do not have enough information to make a ruling on this case. This is only posted here because the moderators have not responded to me when I asked for help through the non-forum method. --

Thank you. I await an answer.

I am not a mod myself, but I read the thread in question:

Just for your information. I'll let the mods take it from here.

Please have patience. This is being looked at.

That said, I'd like to clarify a couple things.

1. Your ban was not the result of a glitch, though it could potentially be affected by one after the ban was issued.

2. You got a warning, as IHP noted. Also, the Banned notice when you tried to access the forum should have made it very obvious what the reason was for the ban. I typed it out myself, and it was bluntly clear.

3. If it is the case that it was your roommate using your nation (despite very good evidence that it was you specifically and particularly), my recommendation would be that you not allow your roommate access to your nations so things like this...

This isn't a ruling, just an explanation, and those links are only a small part of the evidence. I'll leave it for another Mod to make a ruling on the appeal.
