Unreliable forum!

The last few days, everytime I come here almost every forum works fine- except International Incidents of course, where I post the most. It's down half the time. Is this an individual or browser problem, or is Jolt unreliable, or does everyone experience this?
This belongs in technical(?) I believe.

It could be a multitude of different things, but I suspect it's just a server-related issue... where too many users tend to trying to access the forums can cause Jolt to be slow or unresponsive. It's a problem that everyone is experiencing, not just you. That said, check how your computer is running with other websites. It could be other things too.

It's been my experience that the forums are either up or down. What you're describing is selective downtime of just one sub-forum. I've not only never heard that complaint before, I can't imagine what might be causing it.
The only possibility I can think of is that you have forums.jolt.co.uk as one bookmark, and perhaps forums2.jolt.co.uk as another. There are in fact four different sets of forums (forums, forums2, forums3 and forums4), and occasionally one is down when another is up. If that's not it, then I can only assume that the issue is something in your browser.
