I realise that it's the holidays and you have other things to do outside of the game, along with a thousand and one other duties and responsibilities to deal with as moderators.
However, it has been a few weeks now, the thread hasn't seen much activity and the cases have been made. At least for the most part. Neither side has come to any agreement on whether or not the proposal is legal. I believe that there has been a very solid case made for the legality of this proposal. Could I please get a ruling before this is submitted.
