I'm actually curious. A bunch of people are attacking a poster for starting threads and abandoning them. Personally, I thought in the current thread it was too soon to tell, but I did a search and he appears to have done this more than a few times.

Now, I notice many of them are not particularly volatile as many attacking the poster claim, but is there any rule against posting a thread with comments and then abandoning it?
I thought this was a particularly good example since he is not doing it very often so it's clearly not spam and seems to be commenting when posting the stories.
