Now I know regional adverts are meant to go somewhere specific, but recently I was having a chat with the few active FKC states that remain and we had a question...
What we wanted to do was create some kind of RP summit where we invite other Nations to 'Join the Federation' with associated bribery, cajoling and dirty dealing.
This is good for us as we want to actually make sure we recruit people who are half decent RPers and not small children who's idea of good RP is "I nukz j00!!111111"... Also it would give us the opportunity to try to stir up more regional RP which would act as an advert for the region etc as well as give us something to do.
I was thinking of putting it in II, then I remembered there were rules concerning where you could and couldn't try to recruit for your region. I wanted to know if it would be acceptable to put something like that in II? And if not, where we should put it?
