I don't see how those two web sits promote racism at all.
One is a jewish news website and the other is of a Representitive saying that the media lied about what he's said in the past.
It looks pretty racist, though I don't know if that in its own constitutes a violation of the TOS. The gory pictures on Jewwatch might, though.

Jewwatch is a Nazi page. I know of posters in the past (FWS) who got warned for linking to that site

Also, the second post is just a simple cut-and-paste job, all but two lines of text are David Duke quotes, including the entire lengthy first part.

The mods have lives outside of NS. They can't patrol it 24/7 like you think they do. Give them time and stop bumping it needlessly already.
