Have you received any type of warning by TG or forum post for breaking forum or game rules? Please check the one stop rules shop.
Or you could have simply not signed into that nation in Nationstates for 30 days or so. Which means that your nation would have been de-activated. But not being a mod I can't specifically comment on why it happened.

Did you log into Nationstates.net with Megaloria in the last 28 days?
That is one of the more common reasons for nation death.
If so, you can file a GHR (http://www.nationstates.net/57826/page=help) to get it resurrected.

Logging in to the forums doesn't count. You have to visit your nation.
