Actually, you don't have to know. Frankly, it's none of your business.
You may, however, draw certain inferences. If someone was to, say, create two different nations for the express purpose of trolling; chances are good that we would shut them down as purposeful trolls. Given that both nations are still alive and posting, you can draw your own conclusion.
Given your recent bans for flaming people whose opinions disagreed with your own, I'd let this drop if I were you. Thread closed.
