Clandonia Prime has been griefing me for about 2 months. He frequently creates threads to threaten my nation without my permission, and continues to do so even after I've expressly asked him not to both on the forums and via telegram. After many bad experiences with him, I do not want to role-play with him. I have told him that both publicly and privately. Yet, he continues to post in practically every thread I am involved in.

I don't know what kind of evidence you require. This has been going on for a long time now, so there are far too many posts and threads for me to list here.

If it would help, I could dig up the posts where I've told him I wasn't interested in role-playing with him any longer along with dozens of subsequent threads where he has followed me around. I think if you just did a search my "Ackistan", and looked through a few of the threads, you would see he is in all of them.

You are leaving me alone somewhat. Clandonia Prime is not. That is why after all this time, he is being reported and not you.

If by "role-playing" with my alliance you mean "invading our closed threads with piles of OOC comments", then I wish you would stop that too.

Then you start a war with him after that and closed it off because you don’t want anybody to help CP. And when it was going good on CP’s side, you quit role-playing with him.

You know, Tran ... you are really one to talk about growing a skin and dealing with things as much as you bitch and whine on here about anyone giving you the least bit of grief.

No one should have to put up with continual harrassment. It's easy enough if people who don't acknowledge each other participate in mutual threads and just don't respond to one another, but if one is knowingly baiting, be it ic or ooc, I'd say that's a bit uncalled for - though by no means can I make any official policy statements given non-mod status and such. If Ackistan is guilty of the same, I'm sure the mods will be able to see that just as clearly, and whatever action if any needs to be taken, will be taken appropriately and as fairly as they can manage, as usual.

I'd also think that this CP character could show up and defend himself if he needed to, without you acting like his attack dog, if he's really so innocent, but hey ... just an opinion.

A player asked for a mod ruling, and he's going to get it. Dread Lady Nathicana raises a good point - we've certainly dealt with enough of your whining, The Transylvania, and you have NO call or standing to make such a request.

I don't have time to follow up on this right now, but hopefully an RP mod will spot this and provide some insight and perhaps closure to all concerned. In the meantime, nobody that isn't DIRECTLY involved in this request needs to be posting. Period.

At least you are able to admit you two are following me around. That is a step in the right direction.

The first five war threads between Clandonia Prime and I were all made by him without my permission. This has nothing to do with me neglecting to do research. I didn't make the threads or even know they were coming until I saw them on the boards.

Since you want to talk about the blockade thread (the first), here is how it happened. Clandonia Prime wanted to fight me for OOC reasons for OOC comments I made regarding his war with Blainesville. When he nuked Blainesville, I pointed out that CP's nation was too young to be using nukes. Mationbuds later offered to send Clandonia Prime a bunch of nukes. I made a secret in character message to a third party nation telling them I was thinking of blockading Clandonia Prime to prevent the nukes from being delivered. Clandonia Prime saw the post, and created a thread saying my fleet was blockading him. His opening post described the thread as being a MT conflict for small nations. I went along with it, and started role-playing with him. Almost immediately after, you showed up in the thread with a PMT fleet of 80 flying aircraft carriers. You refused to leave, and spammed the thread with OOC comments until it was abandoned.

Btw... I am not disputing that I recently flamed Transylvania and Clandonia Prime when they started showing up on an my alliance's off site forum. The rules on that forum in question don't prohibit that. I have never flamed them here.

I came in because he doesn’t want to deal with Ack anymore. Ack flamed us on the Nova Europan forum because he knew he could get away with it. I have told him that we aren’t going to mess with him anymore ICly because we are tried of his behavior. Ack started everything with CP because CP didn’t have anything to do with him until Ack’s blockade.

You’re right, I’m not a fav around most of the mods. There is only a few that have been nice with me. I think the mod called HotRodia is one of those few.

Okay, it started out fine with the small nation fighting until I don’t’ know why this when to hell. But it was not just me that made this one go to hell. I think it was because of Ack not wanting me to role-play so near to his nation in Europe, in land that I have role-play for almost two years. My problem was that Ack liked telling or demanding me to do things. Then the thread became the OOC yelling thread.

And that is the thread I met Guathic. Another reason I’m not loved by the mods.

I stopped after you told me then you started a thread directed towards me and Trans about how you had just declared thermonuclear war on us both sending thousands of missiles against me and him, Now we were never told or contacted about this. I admit I'm sorry if I have followed you around, but I've not done it now and when you flamed me and Trans on the off site forums and then threatend to declare war on me and him again... This is what I don't get after me and him stopped giving you grief.

And I'm sorry Ackistan if I've upset you, I never ment it in anyway.

First Thread: Eyes In the Sky
Description: This is the first thread Clandonia Prime created about my nation without my permission. Our nations had never interacted before IC, but we had an OOC argument once before when he nuked Blainesville. Blainesville was one of my neighbors back then. I sent a SIC message to a third party discussing the possibility of blockading Clandonia Prime so his friends could not send him more nuclear weapons. He jumped on it, and created this thread without consulting me. The thread was supposed to be MT for small nations. Transylvania shows up with a huge PMT fleet, and refuses to leave, which eventually causes the thread to fail. He blames me for not researching the fact he wanted to send a fleet to help Clandonia Prime (even though I played no part in the thread's creation).

Second Thread: Re-Education
Clandonia Prime still wants to fight me, so he makes another thread without my permission. After the debacle that was the last thread, rules are discussed in detail to prevent another meltdown. The thread was supposed to be for small MT nations, who were allowed to receive extremely limited support from allies. The thread dies for two reasons. Transylvania wanted to butt in again, and kept insisting that he be allowed to role-play his nation as being right next to mine. The other reason the thread died is because Transylvania and his allies sent him around $3 trillion dollars worth of stuff even though Clandonia Prime made a rule limiting foreign aid to $20 billion. When the thread is about to die, I ask that no more threads be made.

Third Thread: Containment Failure
My neighbor, Trivalvia, and I decide we want to role-play some military war games. Clandonia Prime decides to interrupt our role-play by suddenly gaining control of a military base that used to be belong to a nation that ceased to exist, and using it to threaten us with nuclear attacks. Again, the thread was made without our permission.

Fourth Thread: Sussex Conference

Some nations in my region decide we want to form a defensive alliance. The thread is supposed to be SIC, and only nations that are wanting to join are supposed to participate. Clandonia Prime and Translyvania post a lot of OOC comments. At some point during the conference, Clandonia Prime decides he wants another go at me. For the first time ever, he actually telegrams me ahead of time asking if I am game for a war. I tell him "no". He decides to make an issue of it in this thread. He basically calls me out as a coward. I explain to him that after our previous failed attempts to fight each other, I wasn't interested in another. I expressly tell him I don't want to role-play with him.

Fifth Thread: Super Danskeran

Less than two days after I expressly told him I didn't want to role-play with him, he sends a fleet off my cost, and launches a ballistic missile towards my nation. This time he makes the thread (Attn Nova Europa). Nova Europa is the name of the alliance I am in. This is essentially a shallow attempt to get around the fact I don't want to role-play with him by making the thread open to everyone in my alliance. Nevertheless, the thread was obviously geared towards provoking me. His missile was launched at me. Not some other nation.

By this time I am getting fed up with both of them. In addition to the threads I've already mentioned, Clandonia Prime shows up in pretty much every thread I get involved in even though I've told him time and time again I don't want to role-play with the two of them. Clandonia Prime has threatened me a bunch of times with nuclear attacks with Transylvania's support. I decide to start a nuclear war with them. I figured going into the war the thread would be a flop, but I thought if they saw I was willing to go the distance they would leave me alone. In the end, the thread dies. They both finally agree to leave me alone.

Even after the nuclear war thread, where they agreed to stop hassling me, Clandonia Prime continues to post in every thread I am involved with, and they both continue to make posts about my nation. They've also started following me to off site forums (which I of course understand you have no control over)

There are literally dozens and dozens of threads where they have followed me around. The ones I've mentioned are the meat of it, but not the whole story. This has gone on long enough that it would be impossible for me to tell you all that has occurred.

Upon further consideration, I wish to expand my complaint to include The Translyvania. Thank you.

People follow other people around all the time on this forum for many reason. Look at the CA-GASN things. They post on each other thread on this forum and in their off-site forum like CP pointed out in the NE forum. And that is where you blew up and couldn’t act civil with us two after me and CP were being nice to TWSP and the others.

I'm fine with that, but once again I apologise to him if I upset him at any stage.

Don't mention him or butt into his threads ICly or OOCly. If you guys can patch things up enough to be civil to each other, all well and good. If not, steer clear of each other and this won't be a problem.

We were doing that until he started his nuclear thread about us. And right before that, I offer 100 billion USD to help his people because some freak virus. I was trying to patch things up ICly. When he came out with the nuclear war thread, I just deleted that post.

I’m done with Ack ICly, but the rest of Nova Europa still exist because a DC member is in it. And Ack can’t force people to not role-play with me.

Clandonia Prime is yanking your chain. He has known for sometime that I don't want to be associated with him, and he has a history of doing things for the express purpose of bothering me.

Posting here was a last resort. I've been dealing with this nonsense for months. During those months, I've asked them many times to leave me alone. They've made many promises to stop, but they haven't. I don't think they are trustworthy, and I would consider another promise by them to be meaningless. The rules are pretty clear, and there is plenty of evidence out there. I want a reasonable punishment not another shallow promise to file away with the rest.

They punishment us, they will have to punishment because your nuclear war thread. You did that after we told you that we were going to leave you alone. Meaning you hounded us with that thread.

And I have had to deal with the your problem with CP as long as you have. Every thread CP started about you, I tried to get him to leave you alone. Plus, I got tried of you and your demanding ways. You hounded me to kick CP out of the DC becasue you wanted to attack him or something.

A mod has ruled on this problem and fixed the problem. Leave us alone, we leave you alone.
