While I know that a nation can do something like this, it seems to me to be borderline trolling, and it's an IC post with a smilie...

I wouldn't consider this trolling, well, maybe it would be, but you must realize that all noobs and newbs at one point used a smiley in an IC post, and are now respectable players. I know because I am one. The best thing to do in my opinion is to just let him be and figure out that not that many people care what kind of policy his nation uses.

:D That makes me laugh a little, as does this potion of one of the replies to the post:
