Puppet Flooding???

If this is in the wrong place or there is another way of finding the answer to this...my apologies....

I've had a look around and could only find this....http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=496452...

But it's not specific concerning numbers...

Is there a definitive ruling on Puppet flooding.....???

As part of a defender army we sometimes use extra nations to cover our tracks on Regional Happenings....and to leak an Invaders influence through mass ejections.....

On two or three occasions I have been warned by Invaders that I may be judged as puppet flooding by the Mods and could have all my nations deleted....something I obviously don't want to happen....

The most I have ever used is nine or ten Puppets some of whom are UN switchers and some pure "cannon fodder"....

Thanx...Dai....

The "One UN nation" rule was intended to encourage cooperation and competition between players. Running a solo invasion squad isn't really part of the game. If you want to use confusion as a tactic in invasions, you need some buddies. A one-man puppet brigade doesn't qualify.

Regional Happenings has ten slots. If the movement of your puppets uses most or all of those slots in the course of a few minutes or hours, you're flooding. Note that I'm specifically including the possibility of repeated ejection by the current delegate as movement of your nation. You may consider it an invasion techique, but it looks an awful lot like spam to us.

If you trickle in one or two a day, but nobody else moves around, that's probably not flooding, even if the Delegate does the daily one or two ejections.

We don't do definitive, because of the extreme likelihood of abuse. Like everything else, it's a judgement call.

As an invader, I had wondered the same thing. It would be nice to have a dividing line, but I understand that some players would try to abuse that.
