Pretty much everything he's ever posted has broken the rules.
I'm no shining example of a polite member with great etiquette when dealing with such people, but he just brings out the worst in anyone.
Any chance of, at the very least, a temporary ban?

He's been reported to the Moderators many times before, and they have always taken whatever action that they feel was appropriate to the particular case.
Unless you have some new information, they're not going to just randomly whack someone with a ban because you want them too.
Unfortunately, you are not a moderator,or you could ban him till the world ended and/or Robin Williams told a funny joke.Until then,he can keep on being the possibly the most bigoted person on this forum.I'm not one for politeness,but he's crossed the line too many times.

Well either the guy makes up all the garbage he says for a reaction, or he actually believes it, and in that case he would have to be the most backward bigot I know.

I closed two of his threads for trolling about an hour ago. We're not unaware of his activities, and we'll meter out punishments as appropriate.

To be fair, I don't think I have ever seen any of MTAE's posts break any rules as such, just because his opinions are contraversial does not mean it is trolling. You cannot expect everyone to have exactly the same opinion on things, or the forum will become boring.

Almost every topic he makes eventually ends up with him supporting something utterly illegal and horrible (children as sex slaves, rape as OK for 'coercive interrogation etc.), and slagging off those who disagree, as well as general racism.
Ban him. It might well be for the best, before this place goes to the dogs due to his angering of the general forum population.
