It's big and stupid and full of smilies. It will doubtless earn the poster ridicule if he continues in that style. It's also a commonly held viewpoint on one side of the abortion debate.

Dumb? Yes. Rulebreaking? No.

Frisbeeteria is right. While the post is dumb, it doesn't qualify as something you can't post.

Really the only possible way I could consider this as breaking a rule would be that it can be viewed as insulting to our intelligence...though I don't believe that's what defamatory applies to in the "what you can't post" section in the FAQ.

I think it was a kind gesture for the visually and literacy impaired. Large font to read and pictures to represent intent.
