Robery.
I'm guessing someone managed to figure out/get ECs password and changed it/e-mail address on him so he can no longer access his nation.

Seeing as you're posting from it ... wtf?
Seriously, if you have proof or the like, offer it so they can see what the hell you're talking about. If you've been silly enough to not guard your password, well, that's kinda your problem - change it and don't share it, and perhaps, if you share computers, don't have it automatically log you in or 'remember' your pass to avoid problems.

Someone has taken control of my nation!
It is against the rules to hijack someone else's nation, and if we see someone do it, we'll ban them. If we don't see it happen, though, and someone changes your password and e-mail address, I'm afraid you're on your own. As far as the game is concerned, your government has been overthrown in a coup.
To prevent people accessing your nation, turn off auto-login if you use a public computer. You should also choose a password that is not easily guessable.
Historical note: before version 1.5, posting a hyperlink with a PIN code in it could allow someone to log in as your nation. This is no longer the case.
The FAQ is your friend.

This sort of question needs to be asked via Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/-1/page=help). In the meantime, look around. The other nation is the other player using your computer. You know, your brother or sister or friend. The rule is "only one UN nation per person (per computer). If several people play NS on the same computer, only one of you can be in the UN.
I'd look around for your "nation thief", too. Nobody else has been hacking into your nation. They're in the same house / school / wherever you access the internet ... either that, or it's someone you GAVE the password to.

No one has taken your nation. Are you sharing a computer with another UN nation player? Do you have more than one UN nation? That would result in the warning you got, which would seem to have triggered this response from you.

i don't have more than one nation in the UN,i only play NS in my own PC and no more people than me in my family plays a UN nation.
Technical note:
Those of you who use Firefox, Control+Shift+Delete brings up a menu that lets you clear all previously entered passwords from the browser memory.
When I use NS, mail, or anything like that from a public computer, I use that feature.

You've never let anyone else sign into NS on your computer?
