In the gameplay sticky it says having the iron cross as a flag is acceptable in most cases, just wanted to be sure if its ok in mine.

May wanna get rid of that.although associating "der fuhrer" with adolf hitler is a common missconception, der fuhrer is german for leader, which has absolutely no pro-nazism traits whatsoever. if my online translator serves me right, the motto says, " a people, a realm, a leader" which is just about as innocent as it gets.

well see most ppl associate fuhrer with hitler even though literally its not. so id stay away from that. that might still be acceptable except your flag is the friggin iron cross which was one of the nazis not as famous symbols-so just a step below the swastika, id definitely be careful

You should know that "Ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Führer" is a Nazi slogan.
In general, it is unwise to copy/paste things you don't understand well. You never know what you'll actually be saying.

The flag had better be fine; it's a German national symbol, and I'm proud of it. The German military uses it.
The motto is a bit touchier, but if the mods say it's ok...
