There is a technical problem with the Getting Help system that we've been hoping would be fixed quickly. As that hasn't happened as quickly as we'd have liked, we're going to temporarily allow players to post non-confidential requests to this forum, and ask that confidential requests be brought to the IRC channel #themodcave. We'll get to the backlog of Getting Help requests once the tasklist starts working reliably again, but for now, use our other two methods.

The tasklist is having problems, but our other tools work fine. We can still moderate your problems. If you want to use the forums for these standard "Getting Help" requests, do so as follows:When making your report, do NOT name the offenders. We'll try to figure it out, or a specific mod will send you a telegram requesting more information by return telegram. DON'T telegram mods directly unless asked.
Posting/sending abusive messages: Tell us the nation name or region name where the TGs or posts happened.
Cheating (controlling more than one UN member nation): Let's just skip this one for now. Our tools catch more of them than the Getting Help requests. If it's egregious, you can use the method in red above.
Spamming: tell us the region name. Otherwise, as in red above
Submitting inappropriate UN Proposals: Don't worry about this category. We'll pick them up directly.
Restore a Deleted Nation: if you don't mind having your puppets known to be yours, just post the names. Otherwise, use the method in red above.
Other: Response to moderator: if privacy is needed, use the method in red above.
If you prefer to visit #themodcave on IRC, make your case, wait a couple of minutes to see if you get a response, and then leave the channel. Several of us log the channel 24/7, but actually catching someone live is more difficult. Either way, your task will be seen and completed.Thanks for your patience.

While the tasklist is having problems, we're taking restoration requests via the forums. Rather than clog the forum with a ton of threads, please post your restoration requests in this sticky topic.
List as many nations as you need restored. No need for multiple posts for any given player.
You may ask for restorations for a friend without a forum account ... but please don't ask us to restore "ceased to exist" nations in your region unless that player asked for your help.
Try to maintain your own puppet army by logging in. This isn't a substitute
There is no need for any chatter in this thread. Nation requests and mod confirmations only, please.Thanks.

The tasklist is functional once again. All Getting Help requests should return to the usual pattern.
