Dear Moderators

Greetings and salutations. Most recently three separate nations have utilised the getting help page concerning a number of issues and recieved no responce from the moderators. These three nations reside or once did reside in my region Genosha.

The first two requests were from myself and the nation Verwirrung concerning the nation "Theunsucks" who has continuously abused both myself and Verwirrung with foul-mouthed telegrams. The telegrams can still be found in both my and Verwirrung's TG inbox's. Furthermore, the same nation sent abuse to another of my nations "Ellandar Islands".

My question to you is why has no responce been made and if it has, why have myself and other nations been kept in the dark about it.

Lastly. I on behalf of another nation requested the revival of the nation "Polariox" more than two days ago and there has been no responce and another nation "Gahro" who ceased to exist some months ago anonymously requested the revival of his nation two days ago and has recieved no reply or responce.

I understand the busy schedule of moderators, it would be greatly appreciated if you could at least inform us if nothing is going to happen or tend to these issues as best you can.

There is a technical problem with the Getting Help system that we've been hoping would be fixed quickly. As that hasn't happened as quickly as we'd have liked, we're going to temporarily allow players to post non-confidential requests to this forum, and ask that confidential requests be brought to the IRC channel #themodcave. We'll get to the backlog of Getting Help requests once the tasklist starts working reliably again, but for now, use our other two methods.
