Im not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes:

I tried to submit a repeal to the UN, but not realizing that repeals are done through a different mechanism than ordinary proposals, I submitted it as a new proposal.

Once i was alerted to my mistake and shown where to submit the repeal, I re-submitted it through that channel. Unfortunately, now I have the repeal on the proposals list twice.

Forgive me my stupidity, this is the first proposal I have submitted to the UN.

You should use the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/-1/page=help) page to report illegal proposals.

And reading the UN proposal rules prior to making a proposal=good idea.

It's probably better that you report yourself showing that you know you did something wrong than someone else sees it. Plus neither Hotrodia nor I are GMs, so we can't do anything about it. :p
