I politely asked him to stop using profanity, but he replied:

I can fucking say what I fucking well want to, you fucking pussy. Want to complain to the mods about it? You can fucking-a do that too.

I think that this qualifies as excessive profanity, so I did take the liberty of compaining to the mods about it. He often uses vulgar language and insults when debating with me, and it's not much appreciated. Does this go against the forum rules?

Calling others "treason" and threatening to call the authorities and have "Uncle Sam pay you a visit." That was a good one.

I can't seem to find the posts where he defended a senator's online pedophilia seduction as "liberals" just "misconstruing" "freedom of speech," but they were in that locked thread. In light of that position, his smiley face about "the children" and foul language is actually just bragging about how he can advocate a criminal pedophile and still manage to whine about harsh language.

Now that's hypocrisy, but it also shows that he doesn't truly believe in what he says, he just says it to anger people. In other words, a consummate troll.

Well, I had asked you politely before in other threads, but you persisted. Obviously, I don't have the power to stop you from using such language -- only the mods do.

Or maybe it was reverse pyschology. Since you didn't stop when I asked you politely, I figured I'd try a different approach to see if that worked. Perhaps you'd realize that using profane language and getting banned would be tantamount to me "winning" and your unwillingless to let me "win" would drive you to keep a civil tongue. Apparently I was mistaken.

It is an indisputable fact that she was a criminal -- I said she was a brave woman for sitting on the front of the bus, but that does not change the fact that she broke the law, thus making her a criminal. Furthermore, I think all people who break the law are "misguided."

I expect that Kat's thread in Moderation about amazingly obvious things might be good reading material, for both of you. I think the general point of that thread would apply just as much here as to the Getting Help page.

...unless they're a Republican senator. Then you don't think they break the law even when the law says so. Sorry, the only consistency you show is that you do whatever it takes to piss people off. And when it works, you try to get them banned.

Look, I really don't want to argue with you. Just please abstain from using vulgar language.

Vulgar language isn't, as far as I'm aware, against the rules (provided it's not being directed at another player). However, flaming is, and that's certainly what's happening here. That said, arguing in the Moderation forum is really not a good idea.
