I'm guessing that the answer will be something simliar to this:
We don't sticky threads for 'coolness factor'. We sticky them when they directly affect and improve the game. This doesn't meet the test. It might conceivably eventually be worth adding as a single link in the IRC sticky or something, but we're not going to sticky it separately.
