Add RealAmerica's several remarks to that, too, including the one quoted here.

Yet I've seen remarks made some months ago by moderators here saying he'd get some more serious punishment next time he trolled - due to the very fact that many people see him as a teflon troll. Well, he trolled a "next time". Somewhat general remark on liberals.

I realize that this may enhance the 'teflon' aspect of the complaint, but I'm going to bend over backwards in the effort to be fair.

That post was not a flame, soft or otherwise. It could be construed as either flamebait or trolling, though I think it was fairly clear in context that it was intended as hyperbole. And yes, before you quote *me* back at me, hyperbole is not forbidden except in the context of death threats.

Had Eutrusca continued in that angry and self-righteous vein, as he has often done in the past, I would have had no trouble enforcing my edict. As a stand-alone post (and one several days old that's been adequately defended in-thread), I don't see any point in deleting over this incident.

Very well, but when I said that people that force religious views upon others are rapists I was banned for that "hyperbole" too.

Edit: And my record is far cleaner than that of Eutrusca.
