Why do you keep doing that? Why set yourself up, knock others down, then somehow try to make it their fault when they actually post the oh-so-obvious response that YOU laid out for them? I suggest you to read lots of books and develop your reading comprehension skills. You seem to be not getting that polls dont usually poll goverments but they poll people. DUH!

I believe calling someone a mentally retarded child is a flame instead of me trolling in mod forums.

Given I also linked the entire post, I seriously doubt you can claim deliberate 'manipulation'. In looking over past and present examples, I really don't think you need any help from others in looking bad. And I rather suspect that if you quit acting so childishly you wouldn't have people making such insinuations.

If your goal is to avoid punishment, why do you keep setting yourself up?

Honestly, what you are complaining about here is a zinger on the level that one would expect in a snappy conversation. What is it that you hope to accomplish with these constant "Someone is using my own words against me!" complaints? It really only indicates that you are unable or unwilling to hold your own in a conversation, and want the freedom to say whatever you like (for instance the "Duh" and "watches the wheel work slowly" comments) while being utterly protected in all ways from anyone saying anything at all to you.

Conversation doesn't work that way.

You've been indirectly insulting the intellects of other folks, Ny Nordland. Stop whining when other folks do it to you, and stop spamming Moderation with your inane and insubstantial allegations of rule-breaking on the part of your debating opponents.
