I'm very pleased to announce that Frisbeeteria and Katganistan are now Senior Game Moderators. Both have put in amazing amounts of work here, and these titles are long overdue. Thanks guys, and congratulations.

Melkor Unchained, our most ancient and venerable GM, drifted into a period of inactivity recently, so is a regular Game Moderator again. (This is no punishment, just a reflection of inactivity.) Last time this happened, Melkor modded himself right back to Senior again, so perhaps we can expect a repeat performance!

In the real world, promotion on merit is rather rare.

I can't speak for Kat, but *I* received the Powah of Corporate DoubleSpeak! Once I complete the Mod Standards and Practices process document and finish the PS3 review of the UN multi policies, I'll be applying lean Six Sigma control charts to the Getting Help system.

I think all of the mods are younger than I am. Hell, I think I even had a tear in my eye when I found out Sirocco was 18. :(

And it's another thing I like about NS. Here we at least have the attempt to live a less corrupt existence guided by some kind of ideals. I'd rather have imperfect efforts at some kind of excellence than perfectly achieved mediocrity. I guess I consider NS an improvement over RL. :p
