I want to use the Space Junk Revisited (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=492405) thread as the official one when my proposal gets to the floor in a day or two.
Could someone please change the thread name to Orbital Space Safety Act, as the proposal itself underwent a name change.
