NationStates Jolt Archive

Whilst I appreciate the need for plenty of stickies in Technical, and obviously given the number of complaints there that can be resolved by reading them (and sometimes just their titles are enough), there are now 8 sticky threads in Technical. That seems a little excessive. Would it be an idea to rationalise it? My thought was you could have one sticky on "Email problems", much as you do for "Jolt problems".

And both SalusaSecondus's and Goobergunchia's threads are in need of some updating.

I cleaned some off and did a little compressing awhile ago, but part of the problem is the Jolt interface, which is responsible for two of the stickies all by itself.
