I've had a complaint in moderation. I feel sad...:(
I've seen threads started before where someone just wanted to share something amusing. And I've just now done a search on threads with Hasselhoff in their titles and found quite a few threads in general about stuff he's done. Not that just because someone else has got away with it that it means I'm right. I'm just saying I don't see the problem with me starting a discussion about that new advert he has made. Is that a spam thread? Oh well...:(

I wonder why my thread was deleted, if it was spam then it should of been moved to spam or chat right? It was definetly PG-13. I'm not bothered really and I wasn't going to say anything, but I've noticed that a lot of threads have been deleted, locked or moved lately. What's going on?

We can move, lock, delete, or remove threads at our own discretion. When I see a spam thread that's little more than postwhoring, I'll usually delete it. I see no reason to 'reward' someone's postcount by allowing them to break our spam rules.

If you want to spam and postwhore, go to the Jolt Spam forum. We don't want it here.

Is this what happens when you ask questions in moderation, you just get called a postwhore without it being explained what was wrong?

This is what I don't understand:
Are we not allowed to start threads about celebrities and any new things they have done, because I've seen a few threads like this that haven't been deleted, locked or moved. Maybe you just didn't see those, or maybe you are just anti-hoff. I just want to know if celebrity threads are not allowed, so I won't start a new thread next time I see something interesting.

I mean, if you can't even bother to read your own posts...

Perhaps an overabundance of threads covering the same ground might be the answer. (Dunno, didn't move or delete it.)
