Does calling secularists "activist judges and ACLU potheads" constitute flames?

"But I will not see my culture and heritage trashed because of a bunch of activist judges and ACLU potheads who want atheism to be the official religion of America."

So accusing opponents of being drug addicts is ok?

Because drug use is illegal, it struck me as being at least flamebait.

Is there a line? "republican cokeheads" "libertarian meth-addicts" "anarchist paint-huffers" ?

Dude, you're overreacting. Is it a flame? Yes. Mild? Hell yes. How many times did he say it? Once? Why should a mod waste his time for a single incident of a player getting a bit flippant? We get away with a lot worse all the time.

He didn't direct it toward one specific player on NS, so what's the big deal? It would be different if he called you an "ACLU Pothead" or something similar. Then he would be flaming, but it would still be mild.
