I never report flames but this guy seems like hes about to explode, even his font is in flame red.:p

Sir Link-a-lot. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11369912&postcount=101)

Anyway, I'm pretty sure "snotty little shit" qualifies as a flame...not that I'm snotty, or little, or a shit.:p

There's certainly not a lack of baiting on your part in that run of "discussion".

And iirc the discussion at the time, this

*SNIPPED THE BITCHING*
Meh, I could do what I want, and how exactly am I a troll?

http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11369756&postcount=90

is frowned upon as well.

Uh....thats not flaming..he was bitching at me, so instead of showing it again I snipped it. Dont see a problem with that. Anyway, this isnt for you to decide, so your imput isnt needed.

As I stated in that post, putting smilies after abrasive or flamish posts is not an excuse for rudeness. The Atlantian islands, you're doing it here, too. Knock it off.

Rubina's input was welcome to me, as you didn't specify 'mods only' nor show the other side of the story.

Don't start setting rules here, chum. We've got that covered just fine.

Putting " :p " after every post doesn't stop it from being trolling or flamebaiting. Stop putting words in other player's mouths, The Atlantian islands. You're out of line.

Dobbsworld, get your attitude in check. Knock off the flaming, ignore gloating, and giant red firggin' letters while you're at it.

If it continues, either or both of you will get official warnings, forumbans, or deletions, depending on the severity of the offense and your histories, which I can't be arsed to look up right now. Something tells me it's not the first time for either of you.
Meh..I've only been yelled at by Mod once before, in which I got a few day ban for calling Tactical Grace an ass, but aside from that I'm clean. And I only put the two faces after two posts, both were in reply to Dobbs acting a fool. Anyway, the one who was flamming me did the privalige of putting me on his ignore list, so I wont have to see his posts anymore.

So basically, its all good.:p

Fine, fine, whatever...thank you for you're "ruling", your modship.

Just checking in briefly.

While I'm here I'd just like to point out that, though I did definitely over-react earlier to having words put in my mouth, that I did curtail my anger to the extent that rather than remain online and uptight, I've opted instead to give myself my own 'time-out' for the rest of the weekend. I was really angry, and I guess I didn't deal very well with my anger when I should have. My bad for allowing myself to be goaded to that extent.

I used the oversized, bolded, italicized red font to underscore the emotional context of the posts in question. 'Ignore gloating' (?) was not my intent - I'm not altogether familiar with the term - I just wanted TAI to know in no uncertain terms that I do not wish further interaction with him in future. If it seemed like I was gloating over adding him to my ignore list ( ), my apologies.

And lastly, my apologies to the originator of the thread I nearly derailed in my indignation.

See you all Monday evening.

My understanding of how the ignore declarations are treated is basically it shouldn't be something you make a fuss over, it should simply be something that you tell the person then move on. Adding anything else looks like you're celebrating the addition to the ignore command - which is how it becomes "gloating"
